This product is a Touch Delay Power Saving Switch DIY Kit designed for learning electronic technology and DIY projects. The kit includes all necessary electronic components and circuit board, allowing users to assemble and solder a complete touch delay power saving switch. It is ideal for students for electronic skills training and for electronic enthusiasts for DIY projects.

Product Parameters:

Model: TJ-56-152
Power Supply Voltage: AC220V
Board Size: 41 x 27mm
Function Explanation: The touch delay switch is widely used in places such as corridors, bathrooms, hallways, warehouses, and basements. Especially when used with energy-saving lamps, the switch automatically delays turning off to avoid long-term illumination, saving electricity. This switch is a contactless electronic switch, producing no sparks, making it safer to use with gas.

Circuit Principle: The circuit operates as shown in the diagram, with the sensor coil directly connected to the lighting circuit. Normally, VD1-VD4, V5, and voltage regulation are in a high resistance state without any touch, keeping the circuit in an off state. VD1-VD4 regulate the output to a 220V pulsating DC voltage, with R3 providing bias for VT1, keeping V5 off and the light off. When a person touches electrode M, the body's leakage current passes through R6, R5, and R4, causing a voltage drop that turns VT1 on. C1 charges, and when C1 discharges in the opposite direction, it provides bias for VT2, turning it on. The relay closes, and the light turns on. When the person releases electrode M, VT2 remains off due to no base current. R3 starts discharging C1, keeping the light on. When the voltage across C1 drops to a certain value (about 50mV), VT2 turns off, the relay opens, and the light turns off. Changing C1's capacitance adjusts the delay time, allowing circuit adjustments based on the set time.
