Installation Method:

1. Surface Preparation: Sand the bonding surface of the vibration plate. Clean the transducer's bonding surface with industrial alcohol or other cleaning agents to remove any dirt or oil.

2. Adhesive Application: Mix the adhesive in the correct ratio and evenly apply it to the bonding area of the vibration plate and transducer. Press firmly to ensure complete contact between the transducer and the steel plate, then secure the transducer with masking tape or other fasteners.

3. Curing Time: Avoid touching or testing the machine within 24 hours after fixing the transducer to prevent delamination due to incomplete drying of the adhesive.

4. Pole Identification: The two terminals of the transducer are the positive and negative poles, which must not be reversed.

Note on Adhesive:

Due to aviation regulations prohibiting the shipment of chemical adhesives, customers are required to provide their own adhesive for the installation of the transducers.

Safety Warning:

After connecting the transducer wires, the tank must be filled with liquid cleaning agent to a level higher than the transducer's vibration plate before starting the machine. The circuit board and transducer must not be powered on under no-load conditions to prevent burning.
