Function Explanation: The sound and light-controlled LED energy-saving lamp integrates sound control, light control, and delay automatic control technologies. During the day, when the light is strong, the lamp remains off even if there is a sound source. In the evening, as the environment darkens, the switch enters standby mode. When it detects sounds such as voices or footsteps, the lamp turns on immediately and automatically turns off after half a minute, preventing accidents in the dark and eliminating the waste of energy in corridors.

 

Circuit Principle: The main component of the circuit is the CD4011 digital integrated circuit, which contains four independent NAND gates (VD1~VD4), simplifying the circuit structure and ensuring high reliability. Sound signals (such as footsteps or claps) are received by the electret microphone MK1 and converted into electrical signals. These signals are coupled to the base of Q2 via C4 for voltage amplification, then sent to pin 2 of U1. R7 and R8 provide bias current to the base of Q2. During the day, when there is no light, the high resistance of the photoresistor PR keeps Q2 off. At night, PR's resistance decreases, causing Q2 to turn on. When C5 charges to a certain level, the signal is output from pin 11 of U1 and coupled to the base of Q1 via C1, closing the electronic switch. Once C5 is fully charged, it discharges through R1, and pin 11 of U1 outputs a low level, opening the electronic switch. This completes a cycle of the electronic switch from on to off. Diodes D1~D4 rectify the 220V AC to pulsating DC, which is then filtered by C3 and stepped down by R2 to power the circuit.
